(August 2, 2018, 8:26 pm)I've been to this Eastern Rite Catholic Church many times, starting back when the priest was Fr. Myron Mykyta. Some of the staff were quite welcoming, which was surprising, because I rarely had that pleasant experience even in various Roman parishes I go to. Last time I went, it was Fr. Ihor Koshyk who was the pastor, and I even participated in the Icon Procession, as it was the Sunday of the Triumph of Orthodoxy.

(April 23, 2015, 6:26 am)I used to be a parishioner at NBVM church for many years. This is still one of the most vibrant parishes in California. The parish is faced with many challenges and one of the main challanges is to bring the new Ukrainian immigrants to church. I do believe that it can be done. The church has a young, bright, energetic and bi lingual pastor and with the help of the parishioners, the parish can grow.
